AI made the development of products easy, and made testing automated with no delay then why do you need so many human resources when you don’t have so much manual work?

I said No but it made me surprised because even myself use now co-pilot (AI tools) for development. Why do we still interview people on coding or algorithms? Why should we not start taking interviews on AI tools and technology because this is the IT future. You can’t beat AI coding. Can you?
